Accessibility at Zugi

Zugi’s implementation target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is part of the product’s design, engineering, testing, and support process.

Pre-launch. Accessibility testing continues as features are built.

Our commitment

Zugi aims to support people using assistive technology and personal device settings, including:

  • Screen readers
  • Keyboard navigation
  • Voice control
  • Magnification
  • Increased text size
  • Reduced motion
  • High-contrast settings
  • Mobile accessibility features

Current implementation

These features are implemented on the public Zugi website today.

  • Semantic landmarks
  • One H1 per route
  • Logical headings
  • Skip navigation
  • Visible focus
  • Keyboard-operable menus and accordions
  • Persistent form labels
  • Accessible errors
  • Minimum touch targets
  • Reduced-motion support
  • WCAG AA color contrast target
  • Mobile reflow
  • Zoom support
  • No hover-only essential information

Known limitations

Zugi remains in pre-launch development. Voice interviews, photo workflows, identity verification, scheduling, messaging, staff tools, and external provider interfaces require additional accessibility testing as they are implemented.

Phone experience

Member features are designed for phone use. Public pages remain available on phones and computers. Staff tools are desktop-first with mobile support for urgent safety actions.

Reporting a problem

A dedicated accessibility contact method will be added before launch. Until then, use the Contact page and do not include sensitive personal information.
