Privacy Notice

When launched, the final notice will apply to MeetZugi.com, the Zugi phone experience, and related member and support services. It will not apply to a third-party service that a member reaches from Zugi.

Zugi may collect these categories when the corresponding feature is enabled. Not every category is collected today.

• Members may speak or type during the interview
• Voice may be processed to conduct and transcribe the conversation
• Raw audio is not stored by default
• Temporary provider processing may occur according to disclosed provider settings
• A transcript and structured answers may be stored after the disclosed consent
• Members can pause, skip, correct, mark an answer private, or request deletion, subject to stated exceptions

Final provider and retention details are not yet approved.

• Photos will use private storage
• Metadata such as GPS or EXIF data is intended to be removed
• Approved photos and profile information appear only in a specific introduction

• Photos are not used for attractiveness scoring
• No ethnicity, religion, disability, health, or psychological inference is made from photos

Photo moderation and identity verification are not operational today and will be described before they are enabled.

• Hard requirements are evaluated before flexible ranking
• AI cannot override a failed hard requirement
• Eligible-pair ranking may use approved profile and preference information
• Specific approved information may be shown to an introduced member
• A response remains private unless mutual acceptance occurs
• Declines are not attributed to a specific person

When messaging and scheduling are enabled, Zugi may process messages, availability, and public venue logistics needed to coordinate a first meeting, together with service notifications a member has chosen to receive.

Reports, blocks, safety evidence a member submits, and support correspondence may be processed to review a concern, protect members, and keep required records. Serious safety decisions require human review.

Operating the service may involve limited technical information such as device and browser type, approximate region, security and abuse signals, and error diagnostics. External analytics is not connected today.

An introduced member never sees, at any stage, whether before matching, after mutual acceptance, during scheduling, at the meeting, after the date, or after closure:

• Phone (except a mutually agreed post-date exchange)

• Private answers
• Full transcript
• Full availability
• Staff notes
• Safety evidence
• The other member’s response

Zugi expects to rely on these categories of provider:

• Hosting and database
• Authentication
• AI and transcription
• Email and SMS

• Payments if enabled

No production provider list is final. Zugi will update this notice before real member data is processed.

• AI supports interviews, structured extraction, profile drafting, eligible-candidate ranking, explanations, and report triage
• Private information is minimized according to the task

• AI does not decide Jewish legitimacy

• AI does not override hard preferences

Final AI provider, training, retention, and opt-out disclosures require approval and will be stated here before member data is processed.

Retention will differ by data class and may account for:

Specific retention periods have not been approved and are not stated here.

Zugi plans to use access controls, private storage, encryption provided by approved infrastructure, audit logging, least privilege, secure provider credentials, and monitoring.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Planned member controls include:

• Appeal certain account or safety decisions where policy permits

Regional rights depend on applicable law and the final launch location, and will be described before launch.

Export

Export requires identity or session verification. Export links will be private and time limited.

Deletion

Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for safety, fraud, legal, security, or audit reasons.

Deletion pending

An account pending deletion cannot receive new introductions.

Final response times and procedures require legal approval.

Zugi is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not intended for children.

This draft will change before launch. A final, counsel-approved notice with an effective date will replace it before any real member information is processed.
