Zugi is a matchmaking service delivered through a phone-first application. Unlike a traditional dating app, it does not provide a swipe deck or browsable directory. Zugi gets to know each member and presents one thoughtful introduction at a time.

No. Zugi does not offer swiping or a searchable catalog of members. You see a profile only when Zugi presents that specific person as an introduction.

Zugi conducts a private guided conversation about your daily life, values, relationship intentions, Jewish life, communication, family goals, preferences, and boundaries. You can speak or type, pause, skip a question, correct an answer, or mark information private.

The complete conversation is designed to take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. You can pause and return later rather than completing it all at once.

Yes. Text remains available throughout the interview. If voice is unavailable, disconnected, or simply not your preference, you can continue by typing without losing your progress.

Raw audio is not stored by default. Voice may be processed temporarily to conduct and transcribe the conversation, subject to the provider configuration and consent shown before voice begins. Final retention details will appear in the approved Privacy Notice.

Yes. When Zugi presents an introduction, both people see approved photos and approved profile information before deciding whether they would like to meet.

An introduction may include your chosen first name, age, general location, approved photos, approved profile sections, and reasons Zugi believes the introduction may be worth considering. It does not show your last name, exact address, phone number, personal email, social profiles, private interview transcript, or staff notes.

Your decision remains private. The other person is not told that you declined. They receive only a neutral outcome when the introduction does not proceed.

The first acceptance remains private. Scheduling opens only if both people independently choose to meet.

Zugi first applies mutual hard requirements such as age, geography, relationship goals, explicit family or Jewish-home needs, blocks, and safety status. Only eligible possibilities may then be considered using flexible preferences and approved profile information. AI cannot override a failed hard requirement.

No. Zugi does not rank people using photo attractiveness, body analysis, skin tone, voice accent, wealth proxies, popularity, or predicted engagement.

No. Zugi can create a thoughtful process and make an evidence-based introduction, but it cannot guarantee a match, date, chemistry, relationship, or marriage.

No. Zugi is designed for Jewish adults across backgrounds, cultures, denominations, levels of observance, orientations, and visions for home and family, subject to launch eligibility and community standards.

No. Members describe their own identity and desired Jewish home. Zugi does not assign a Jewishness score or determine religious legitimacy.

Zugi is being designed around member-approved information, private decisions, public first-date venues, blocking and reporting tools, restricted staff access, and human review for serious concerns. No dating service can eliminate risk or guarantee another person’s intentions or behavior.

Zugi’s first-date venue suggestions must be public. Zugi will not suggest a private home, hotel room, workplace, or isolated location for a first meeting.

No. Post-date feedback is private to Zugi. One person’s comments or second-date interest are not shown verbatim to the other person under the current product rules.

Final membership options have not been approved. Pricing will be announced before member access opens. Zugi will not sell boosts, paid visibility, or payment-based ranking advantages.

Yes. The planned privacy controls allow members to pause matching without immediately deleting their account.

No. Zugi is an AI-supported matchmaking service, not a therapist, medical provider, religious authority, or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Creating an account and talking with Zugi costs nothing today. Membership options have not been announced, and pricing will be published before member access opens. Zugi will not sell boosts, paid visibility, or payment based ranking advantages.

Nothing is scheduled automatically. When both people accept, Zugi arranges a short phone call. Only if both of you want to continue after that call does Zugi help coordinate a first meeting in an approved public place.

A short call lets you hear each other and decide with more confidence before spending an evening together. Zugi connects the call through the service, so your phone number is never shown to the other person.

Every introduction includes blocking and reporting controls, and the safety page explains what happens next. Serious reports go to a trained person for review. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
