Terms of Use

• Zugi is for adults age 18 and older
• Members must satisfy launch eligibility requirements
• Members must provide accurate information
• Members must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms
• Geographic availability may be limited

• Keep access links and devices secure
• Do not share account access
• Report suspected unauthorized access
• Zugi may require reauthentication

• Use accurate identity and relationship information
• Do not impersonate another person
• Do not misrepresent age, status, intentions, photos, or other material information
• Update material changes

• Zugi uses AI-assisted interviews, summaries, ranking, and explanations
• Members approve the summaries that are shared
• AI can make mistakes
• Members must correct inaccuracies

AI is not therapy, religious authority, legal advice, or emergency assistance.

• There is no swipe directory
• One introduction at a time
• No introduction is guaranteed
• Responses remain private
• Mutual acceptance is required before scheduling
• Zugi may pause or cancel an introduction for operational or safety reasons

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Hate
• Impersonation
• Fraud
• Solicitation
• Sexual pressure
• Stalking
• Nonconsensual recording
• Sharing another member’s private information
• Circumventing blocks
• Unsafe date behavior
• Unauthorized automated access
• Reverse engineering where legally permitted to restrict it
• Misuse of reports

• Hold first meetings in public places
• Use your personal judgment
• Report concerns to Zugi

Zugi cannot guarantee another person. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Members will receive service communications required to operate an account and coordinate introductions, and may control optional notifications. Message frequency, channels, and consent language will be finalized before launch.

Payments are not currently active. Final prices, recurring terms, cancellation, refunds, and taxes require separate approval and disclosure before collection.

Zugi owns the service, its software, brand, and content, apart from information a member provides. Members keep ownership of their own content and grant Zugi the permission needed to operate the service.

Zugi may restrict, pause, suspend, or end access for a violation of these terms, the Community Guidelines, a safety concern, a legal requirement, or an operational need. Members may stop using Zugi at any time.

Export and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Notice. Some records may be retained where safety, fraud, legal, security, or audit obligations require it.

Zugi does not guarantee an introduction, mutual acceptance, date, chemistry, relationship, engagement, marriage, or any particular outcome.

Zugi may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, communications, maps, or payments. A third-party service is governed by its own terms, and Zugi does not control a venue, transportation service, or other business a member chooses.

Zugi is a matchmaking service. It is not a background-check service, a security service, an emergency service, therapy, legal advice, or religious authority.
